German SIEBTECHNIK headquarters

       The technical R & D team of the company is led by  Mr.Hou Shouquan, a professor of machinery ，master's guide and a senior member of China Mechanical Engineering Society. Mr. Hou once served as the director of Inner Mongolia Hydraulic Technology Research Institute and vice president of Mechanical Engineering College of Inner Mongolia University of technology. He has been engaged in the research and development of electromechanical hydraulic integration technology for a long time. He has presided over or participated in more than 10 vertical scientific research projects, presided over more than 30 horizontal research projects, won 4 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards, and won the honorary title of "scientific and technological personnel with outstanding contributions in the first line of in-depth production in Inner Mongolia ".

       General manager Mr. Kevin Liu has once served as the production technology manager in Germany's company named SIEBTECHNIK TEMA. He graduated from  Inner Mongolia University with a bachelor's degree in machinery. He received systematic training in centrifuges at the German headquarters of SIEBTECHNIK TEMA.

       Mr. Lang, the designer, graduated from Tianjin University of technology in 2000, majoring in machinery. He has many years of design experience in Schenck Process GmbH. He is not only proficient in various 3-D and 2-D drawing software, but also has in-depth research on mechanical design and processing and German manufacturing concept.

       The company also has technicians who have worked in the machining industry for more than 30 years, including many welding technicians, which constitute a strong technical quality assurance and innovation system of the company.
